I have the utmost respect for the Reconnective Healing that Regina and Sonia carry out. My husband has been extremely ill for some time, with a rare disease that has caused him to also get meningitis and Hydrocephalus. Over the period of his illness, Regina and Sonia have given him a series of sessions with outstanding results. I have watched in amazement as his high temperature has disappeared within half an hour of his session he has settled completely after being extremely agitated and having no relief from conventional drugs. These are only a few of the results that I have been able to witness and feel confident that they have certainly aided the treatment of his illness over and above the conventional treatments.
I have also seen Regina work with another friend's badly twisted ankle. Her session was so effective that the next morning he could walk without any pain at all.
I also know the healings have given me have more than assisted in helping my being able to cope with this horrendous period of my life.
Both ladies are extremely caring and give a great deal of love and support along with the healing.

I have had pains in my shoulders for years where the rotator cuff in the joints have worn away because of overuse during my lifetime of surfing. I could not lay on my shoulders or lift my arms over my head and was taking anti-inflammatories daily.
I had several healings, but it wasn't until a month later that I realized I wasn't noticing my shoulders any more. Regina was able to reduce the pain level to such a degree that I now only experience mild pain on occasions and no longer need medication for relief..

I had two remote healing sessions with Regina Foreman to help me deal, in a positive manner with an unexpected relationship breakdown. Mary (not her real name) requested a healing session saying it was just for the experience. She felt a lot of tugging in her abdominal area and felt very peaceful during the session. Three days later she wrote to explain that she had been suffering from thrush for months and was hoping that the healing would cure her. She was very excited because she was free of thrush for 3 days and was hoping that it was gone forever.

I had corrective surgery on my right leg; a high tibia osteotomy and bone graft, a method to straighten the lower leg. After a couple weeks it was discovered I had a staph infection.

With several trips back to the hospital and having been given very strong doses of intravenous antibiotics, the infectious disease doctor told me I needed to have the metal plate removed, as the infection lives in the metal, or take antibiotics for the rest my life.

During this time Regina performed three healings on me and I felt it helped. I felt invigorated and generally healthier within. I still have the metal plate and haven't taken antibiotics since with no sign of the infection returning.

I have been a sufferer of recurrent pneumonia, suffering some twelve documented bouts in the last 9 years. This has shadowed my life significantly, giving me low energy, depression and a continual feeling of struggling for breath. I have completed two healing sessions with Regina and during the session I was visited by my mother's mum who had died just prior to my birth. This had been the root of my sadness, something that has taken me years to realize.
Since these sessions, I literally feel a weight off my chest and my peak flow readings (lung capacity readings) have improved. I have also noticed a marked recovery from a chest infection which normally would have resulted in pneumonia. Thank you.

I visited Sonia for a healing session. Never having this done before, I didn't know what to expect, so I decided to place my complete trust in her and go with the flow. I didn't mention to Sonia that I had severe groin pain that had caused me to limp around all day and I made sure I walked without letting her notice. The healing was very peaceful, but made my body react in ways too numerous to mention and too hard to explain, however never causing discomfort. Go with the flow and accept what's happening. I had no idea where Sonia was, or what part of my body she was working on, as there was absolutely no physical contact at all and when she finally slightly touched my shoulder to let me know she had completed the session, I was in a very deep state of relaxation and peace. Needless to say, the pain in my groin had disappeared and did not return.
My partner had sprained or twisted his ankle at work one day and was hobbling around like an old man and in a lot of pain. Regina, sat him down and worked on his foot, again never physically touching him at all. He is very sceptical about these types of "supposed" healing powers and thought he would just humour Regina and allow her to work away and of course, was also enjoying the attention. To his amazement the pain was gone and he could have danced all night. The pain, once again did not return and the next day, once I convinced him that the bandage he had worn could not have made that type of pain disappear instantly. He was hailing Regina as the best "good" witch he had ever met.
So here we are, two different people, one who believes and one total sceptic who can both say with complete honesty that both Sonia and Regina are special people with the knowledge and ability to improve and embellish your wellbeing both mentally and physically. You can put your trust in them and I wish them both all the best.

Reconnective Healing changed my life. In fact, I thought my life was over. I felt old, bored and without purpose - suicidal in fact. I’m a 42 year-old Japanese woman and a counselor. As an adult, I started racing motorbikes and my no-fear attitude made me very successful but it put a lot of stress on my body and I broke bones, including my clavicle. Later problems centred around my throat and neck - whiplash, a cancerous thyroid and a nasty burn almost exactly on the third chakra. Recently, I got unusually bad pain in my back and hip and could barely walk. I tired easily and felt I couldn’t do what I wanted in life, even when chances arose.
After my first distance healing, I checked my body and my hip felt easier. It hasn’t hurt since. After the second session felt like I’d just slept deeply. My throat felt clear and my voice came through with unusual clarity. I had the third session the following day... and when it ended I closed my eyes again and woke exactly an hour later. I tested my right arm and shoulder and it rotated perfectly and painlessly, for the first time in years! I couldn’t believe it! The rest of my body healed a little with each day over about a week after the last session and the pain hasn’t returned once!
At first, I didn’t want to push my luck, so didn’t exert myself too much. Now, as the days have passed, I find myself climbing the five flights of stairs to my office with renewed energy and am swimming again too. I had become extremely burnt out and my doctor suggested I may have been suffering from depression and attempted to prescribe anti-depressants (which I refused)..
I felt like I had had a melt down, lost motivation, questioned whether what I was doing was worthwhile. I knew I needed to do something but felt powerless and didn't know what needed to be done. A number of people in my life became very concerned for me.
During my first distance healing session with Regina, I didn't know what to expect. To be honest I couldn't possibly bring myself to believe that someone over 2,000km away could possibly help me by simply working over an empty massage table as if I was there.... Well, after only a few minutes I knew it was real. I felt a rush of energy so intense, like nothing I had felt before. I experienced a series of visions, feelings and sensations; it was everything I need at this point in my life. Amazing!
For me the experience was very much a spiritual awakening. Given that physically I was already in quite good shape, the sessions were about breaking down some barriers and finding how to be true to myself. It has brought about an enormous shift for me, I feel alive again. My life will never be the same again; it has truly changed me for the better.
After only my first session my wife seemed to be more in love with me, more attracted to me and things were happening for me with life in general. Just when I think it can't get any better it does. The frequencies seem to be working with me for as long as I need them.

After seeing my partner rejuvenated by Reconnective Healing, I figured it was probably time to try it myself and finally let go of the pain remaining from a car accident that saw my left side temporarily paralysed a few years before. Funnily, as soon as I made the decision to have a healing, I actually began feeling better and as I was busy with upcoming travel, decided to put it off until I came back. The very next morning I had a mountain-bike accident that opened wounds so deep in my hands I thought they'd never heal. A sure sign, I thought, and arranged the healing straight away. Three sessions and two weeks later, my hands were healed beautifully and incredibly quickly, in my experience. But that wasn't the half of it! In the month that followed in Canada, I drove almost 5000kms without back pain and hiked and kayaked 30kms a day without even so much as a wince and my partner did too - in fact I was having to keep up with her!

At the time I was most impressed with Regina's confidence in her healing techniques and how clearly she explained the beneficial effects on the body. Basically I was burned out after my 4th year at Uni. I had also used a formula which, unbeknownst to me, contained a natural amphetamine which disrupted my nervous system. My life was affected severely because I ran out of mental energy quite quickly and had to maintain a nightime ritual to avoid insomnia. After two sessions with Regina I now feel calmer. The nervous system symptoms are less severe and I feel more confident that I can sleep as the amphetamines are working out of my system. My mind is clearer and I am more focussed.

My father had been diagnosed with mesothelioma, asbestos cancer, in November 2006.
He was in and out of hospital three times and each time, in intensive care with no hope of recovery. I facilitated reconnective healing on him (even though he is of the old school and didn’t believe in this) with great success, allowing him to come home (to live with me) which amazed the medical staff.

On about May 2007 he again was admitted to emergency but after a few weeks in intensive care, was sent home to live his last weeks in the comfort of home.

By now he was fully dependant on me and living with us. I discussed with him about facilitating The Reconnection. At that stage he was open to anything (even though he still didn’t have much faith in this thing called “Reconnection” as he could not understand how anything like this could work) and said okay.

On the first day of the reconnection, he felt quite well. The following morning when I woke dad seemed to be on his last leg. I flew through the second part of the reconnection thinking that he won’t make it, for he was going blue and almost no breathing and shaking a lot.
That was 8 months ago and his lungs have improved tremendously. He is out and about and returned to his home and doing all the things he once did, walk the dog, cook and look after himself, almost back to normal and at 89 that is quite a feat!!!

The specialists are so amazed and have said he is a miracle and to keep doing what I am doing (funny about that)
